HJ350(Medium Manganese-oxide flux)

  In accordance with GB/T12470-03 F5014-H10Mn2 Equivalent to AWS F6A0-EH14                     JIS YSE-W41 DESCRIPTION:   ZT.HJ350 is a fused type medium manganese-oxide flux with virtreous granules of red dish brown to light yellow color about 8-40 mesh and 14-80 mesh in two sizes. It is suitable for use with AC and DCEP and it shows good welding usability. APPLICATIONS: In combination with H08MnA, H10Mn2,H08Mn2Mo wires, this flux is suitable for welding of low alloy steel (such as 16Mn,15MnVN,15MnN)important structures, ships, boilers, high pressure vessel. The14X 80 mesh size is recommended for welding of thin plates with small diameter wires. GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:1.Dry the flux at 300-400°C for 2 hours before use2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding. TYPICAL FLUX COMPOSITION RANGE:(%)
